![]() ![]() So far I've been exporting data from the registry/wmi using powershell and comparing the data using WinDiff. ![]() I would love to be able to pull up a list of differences between the two machines. It's definitely not cpu/memory etc, as the hard drive has been swapped between the two machines and the symptoms follow it (so it might be the hard drive but lets assume not for the purpose of this discussion, also re-imaging is going to be our next step, but we would like to know the cause of these problem before we wipe it.) One of the laptops is not behaving as expected and we suspect it is a configuration/software issue. We have two identical laptops running (what were) identical images of Windows 7, however after being used for a year or so, and for slightly different tasks, they are now not so identical.
